We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the link between customers and the service department. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating vehicle service and repairs, providing service estimates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customers and understand their service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and service estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repairs.
• Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
• Handle service documentation, invoicing, and warranty-related processes.
• Address customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.

Eligibility

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering/ 3 Year Diploma(Mechanical/Automobile Engineering)

Skill Required

• Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills can apply.
• Experienced candidates with prior experience in automobile service advisory roles will be preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment and handle multiple customer interactions effectively.
