A True Value evaluator at Maruti Suzuki is a certified professional responsible for assessing the condition and value of pre-owned cars. They conduct thorough inspections, checking 376 quality checkpoints, including:
- Exterior and Interior: Assessing the car's body, paint, and interior condition
- Structural Damage: Evaluating any damage to the car's structure
- Engine and Mechanical: Checking the engine, transmission, brakes, and other mechanical components
- Electrical and Electronics: Inspecting electrical systems, including infotainment and safety features
- Educational Background: A diploma or degree in automobile engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in vehicle evaluation or a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify even minor issues during vehicle inspections.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication to explain evaluation results to customers and team members.
